Deanna Nolan Named DSBA Detroit Shock Player of the Year

Deanna Nolan was named the 2009 Detroit Sports Broadcasters Association-Detroit Shock Player of the Year Award winner today. This is the third consecutive DSBA-Shock Player of the Year Award for Nolan who was the leading scorer for the defending WNBA Champion Shock. 'We congraulate Deanna and wish she and the Shock the best of luck in their new home of Tulsa, Oklahoma,' said DSBA Executive Director George Eichorn in announcing the award results from the DSBA general membership.
